DUNCAN RANDALL

PARTNER

Duncan has over twenty years of experience in the private equity industry. He formed and led several funds, including Tana Africa Capital, a $600m investment company owned by the Oppenheimer Family, and Temasek, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.

Over the past eight years, he has been a major shareholder and principal advisor to Impahla Holdings Limited, a real estate investment company with an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the United States and Europe.

Duncan was previously a McKinsey & Company Consultant in the firm’s Johannesburg office. He joined McKinsey after completing a doctorate in Politics at the University of Oxford, where he was a Rhodes Scholar.

TRAVIS STABLER

PARTNER

Travis founded Rivington Company LLC after more than two decades focusing on real estate development and asset management for family offices in NYC. He has developed over 1,800,000 square feet over ten residential projects in New York City. He has managed a portfolio of real estate with over 185 assets located throughout the US.


Travis graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with an undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business and received his MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School.

Alejandra Khan

PARTNER

Alejandra has worked in the real estate finance industry in NYC for the last 12+years. Prior to becoming a partner at Rivington in 2018, Alejandra worked for two NYC based real estate private equity funds doing underwriting, acquisitions and marketing.


Before that she was a consultant for McKinsey & Company for several years, based out of the Bogotá Office.


Alejandra has an MBA from Columbia University, where she followed the Real Estate Program and met Travis Stabler. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics.

David Simon

VP of Capital Markets & Acquisitions

David serves as a Vice President at Rivington Company. With over ten years of experience, David has been instrumental in directing over $1 billion in real estate transactions. He specializes in structuring acquisitions and financing for major projects, working closely with institutional lenders and equity partners.


David holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, as well as a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

Jon Valones

Development Manager

Jon is a Development Manager at Rivington Company. He is responsible for directing all aspects of project execution, including conceptualization, entitlements/approvals, design, construction, and operations. He is currently in charge of 3 of our projects under construction.


Jon brings extensive construction management experience to the Rivington team. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Jon worked for some of New York’s top construction managers and developers. In his 15-year prior experience, he completed projects in total of an excess of 1 million square feet spanning a wide range including ground-up and renovations, union and open shop, and a mix of multifamily residential, hospitality, luxury condominiums, and Class A office.


Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Sam LewiS

Development Manager

Sam is a Development Manager at Rivington Company. He is responsible for the day-to-day development process at 81 Beaver Street and 53 Catherine Street, as well as evaluating potential acquisitions.


His prior experience includes 6 years in construction management split between the VOREA group, where he led adaptive reuse and interior retrofit projects, and AECOM Tishman, where he was a part of the small team responsible for delivering the Vessel and Plaza at Hudson Yards.


Sam holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis.
